When I was a kid the guy at the Texaco station my dad went to every weekend had the most incredible forearms.  They looked almost deformed they were so big and muscular.  My friend Craig Kukuk who worked at his dads auto glass shop had incredible forearms too,

Between sushi calories, mechanics not having big forearms, computer viruses and a noise from his car this stud has it pretty rough. Only solution is to stick his head in the oven. Problem solved!

you need a progressive weight load and they use their forearms daily so they're over trained.
