Everytime I have dieted down I have been about the same. 160-170 lbs or so depending on how lean with the less weight obviously being more lean. In that picture with Noah Steere I was about 205 and over 20 percent bodyfat. Doesn`t look like it but I assure you there was a ton of fat under there. The great Whateva is also about 158 lbs at 5`10 or 5`11 so I figure I am in good company size wise. Here is me at about 166 or so from about a month ago.  |
