is that pic from this years mr olympia?

when did marcos say his arms are 55cm? (this years mr o?)

is ronnie closer to the camera? (yes)

does marcos arms really measure 55cm? (i think they do)

arm measurements change...a person can have 55cm arms but at some other point they can be bigger or smaller, dooohhh.

That is what I was trying to say to the dude who was stating that Ronnie's arms were ONLY 21.5, according to the vid were he was in Korea @ 300 pounds. Now, if one is traveling all over the place, one can't train on the reg, but one can eat on the reg.

At that day day and time they were 21.5, the have been bigger.

ronnie is bigger than life man,his forearms makes mine look like shit indeed!!! they are one of my weak points.

today training they went up to 56'3 cm ,cold they probably will be 54 or 55 yes,its was in this year olympia expo and its was great,i will beback next year for sure,training in golds vegas is great!!!

People are saying your arms look like shit compared to the best arms in the world (or formerly). I'd take that as a compliment. Or the fact they are even comparing your's to his.

Jesus, those measurements are almost my waist size. Easy on the corn bread bro. :P
