It's whats left after they press the cocoa butter out of the cocoa solids. It's like the scraps more or less. Eat chocolate. It makes the world a better place!

Chocolate makes women horny and fat. Cacao makes them horny only. Thatswhy I don't agree with you.

Your skin, stomach or what?

Rash. I didn't know it was that till my doctor narrowed down everything. It was minor but itched like hell. He said some people are allergic to chocolate in larger doses. I was taking "Chocomine" at the time.

Tip for extra protein: try mixing some cottage cheese into the eggs before you cook them. Tastes pretty good. Did that today. Tasted better than I expected. Not great -- just "good".

Cooking eggs will increase the bioavailability of it's protein, but I'm afraid -not sure- that you screw the casein protein of cottage cheese when cooking it. Any rocket scientists on GB to confirm this?

i eat my eggs right out of the hot skillet to ensure maximum bioavailability.

Do you use a fork, or a spatula?

If you use a metal fork, the metal alloys can alter the chemical structure of the protein components, reducing the BV of the eggs.

If you use the plastic spatula, it's worse. The heated protein particles in the eggs form a covalent bond with the plastic in the spatula to release xenoestrogens that have a high binding affinity for estrogen receptors, causing water retention and muscle catbolism.

IMO, it's best to use your bare hands and risk burning them on the pan than to suffer the humiliation of negative nitrogen balance. Just saying...

 ;D

I have my gagged supermodel maid hand feed them to me while her sorotiry sister orally copulates me to raise T levels.

I got it covered brah.
