I dont know about synthol, but you sure can tell the majority of his injections are on the side of his delts.  You can tell by the shine in the center. Still looks great though.

hes a bigboy in person,i give him a A for effort though,hes not giving up and following his dream.i used to train at the same gym as him at 530 in the morning and he was a sight to see

your right dpump about him being more humble,back in the mid to lat 90,s he wasnt the freindliest guy around,i remember he was really arrogant and cocky,he seems like he grew out of that which is great for him
