I was sitting at the table next to Hidetada and his wife in TGI Fridays in the Orleans Hotel in Vegas this year just after the Olympia press conference.

He's obviously very dedicated and stays in close-to-contest shape all year round. For his dinner he was eating a huge plate of chicken and broccoli - nothing else. Then he ordered three more meals like that and had them wrapped up to eat later and paid for them on his credit card. A unique insight for me into the world of a pro bodybuilder - good stuff.

Hide looking good at that size.  He should keep it that way and would place better.  Often, he looses too much muscle while cutting up.

I've seen him at Golds a few times over the past month or so.  Didn't realize he was so short, but he's a pretty thick guy, not sure he's got the best build for bodybuilding, but he's a nice guy and seems to enjoy what he does.

Lying Leg Curl               4sets  10-20reps
Standing One leg curl    3sets   10-20reps
One leg hyper back extension   7sets  10reps

Leg extension   4 sets  20reps
Leg press         4 sets 20reps

Step up  4set  20 reps
Walking lunge  3 sets
