Metroflex Gym is expanding!

Only for the HARDCORE

After 20+ years of being the number 1 hardcore gym in the world Metroflex Gym is expanding. 

On January 1st there will be a new Metroflex Gym opening in Plano, Texas.  Same loud music, chalk, heavy ass weight, and the ultimate training atmosphere. 
Our website is under construction right now but will be finished soon.  So for the time being check out our myspace page at www.myspace.com/metroflexplano  for more information.
If you live in the Plano, North Dallas area the time has finally come.  No more prissy fitness centers and no more long drives to Arlington when you want to train like a freak.

If you ever come to LA,   BLACK DIAMOND in South Central LA is the closest thing to the Metroflex in Arlington.  The DFW area is my 2nd home   during the football season!!!!

I trained at Metroflex for a while when I moved to Arlington, but it's too expensive $43.00 a month.   I am now back at Texas gym $20.00 a year thats Right a year.   How much will it cost to train at you gym in Plano.

Nope, just a typical, basic Australian gym.

A lot of gym memberships here in Aus are pretty expensive, not all, but all of them around where i live are fairly pricey and people are willing to pay it....and it's close to home, so there are positives and negatives about it i guess... :-\

Well the typical gym over here is very basic. Just your very basic machines and free weights. That's normally it.

Yes there are bigger gyms with all the new fancy equipment, but these gyms aren't hardcore. There normally pretty busy too.

I look at it as a positive though, just meant that when i first started lifting, i had to learn all the free weight lifts because the machines were very basic and limited.

$20 a year can't be right.  Anyone that owns a hardcore gym is NOT in it for the money, if we were then we'd be getting rich promoting to fat asses because there are a lot more of them then their are bodybuilders!   But charging $20 it would take a few thousand people every year just to keep the lights on!
