toney was dry and more mature, should have place ahead of phil.  again...ifbb wont place guys ahead of certain guys.  it just establishes them as the better bodybuilder.  vic will stuffer the same fate.  ifbb WILL NOT allow vic to beat phil since he is a yr or two away from being their golden boy.

i guess he had to back out because he couldn't score enuff gear for the show...he's working some overtime and living with his mom ...he still drives the car his parents bought him in highschool..

for all the ragging phil gets on here being narrow isnt that bad in non-contest mode because he looks like normal guy in dress clothes vs a clump of s##t like some of the mass guys.

because its not even close
