thanks Rip, do you think if the organizers provided better lighting competitors wouldnt have to be so many coats on?

I think it works the other way, actually... the more/better lighting, the more pale/washed out you look under the lights, so the more coats of Pro Tan you will need.

The lights at Junior Nationals were so intense that I felt like I was baking under them when I was on the stage.  The advantage is that the stage pictures come out much MUCH better...the competitors look leaner, more ripped, etc., just from the better lighting.
The lighting at Team Universe sucks ass IMO, makes everyone look smooth...the North Americans was so-so (and was really dark backstage), and the lighting at Nationals was not bad.  Junior Nats has the best stage lighting I have ever been under.

black background, non solid lighting = good pictures. you dont need to appear like if you are guest posing at playa del carmen right?

I don't see the point man

first of all, this isn't the steroids board, it's the gossip board.
If Rip wanted to talk about her use, she should post on the steroid board.

I see nothing wrong with her not talking about those things

Do you reckon it would be beneficial if the competitors at some contests brought their own flashlights?

I have never competed in a natural organization, and I am not a liar or a cheater, so I really don't see the point of discussing things further than that.

You either like the look I bring to the stage as a competitive FBB, or you don't...and that's fine either way.  Nothing else should really concern you.

Dude, I don't understand why you're getting so touchy over this, I was just curious what kind of dosages you were running?  I know that with more then 40mg of winny a day you'd probably start getting a lot of stubble on your face.

I compete in the NPC because it is the most competitive bodybuilding organization out there.  I am happy that I am able to be competitive at the National level in the NPC as a lightweight (under 115 pounds).  Competing as a lightweight in the NPC allows me the opportunity to challenge myself, be competitive, and have fun at a well-attended contest consisting of the top FBBs in the country....I can be very competitive without having to do what it takes to put more size on.

If you think that a 115-pound physique is "all drugs," then you are sadly mistaken.  You're just saying that because you can and because you think that it will piss me off...you don't even REALLY think that yourself, and I know that.  ::)

My physique reflects that there has been alot of hard work, training, and sacrifice dedicated towards the product....that's what bodybuilding is about.

You got me all wrong, I don't undermine or dismiss all the hard work and effort you've put in, training, dieting , doing hours and hours of cardio to get ready for your show. But please don't make it sound like you are natural and have never taken any anabolics because that would just be an outright lie.

Obviously a 115lber isn't going to be on the same drug regimen as someone competing at 160lbs. on the Olympia stage.

I personally think all these pro competitions should be tested, and with that expose the big fucking liars in the industry. >:(

there's not a lot of money in bodybuilding. testing is expensive. if pro football, basketball, tennis, etc. all have high levels of drug use and tons of money; yet they don't test, it makes no sense that bodybuilding would.

drugs are a part of all high level sports, if testing were to legitimately begin, it would make sense that it would start with the wealthiest sports.

Leafy and Rip swap cycle knowledge with each other, this is well known, also well known is Leafy is on test but refuses to admit.

She already told you it's none of your bussiness, so just leave her alone.  She has never claimed to be natural.
