Hi guys, Ive been training on and off for years and ive always been plagued by the same problem, back pain!. Its not actually when Im training its always any other time!. The pain is always only when I stand or walk for long periods and always in the same place just below the centre of my back and slightly either side of my spine. It also goes pretty much as soon as I lie or sit down. I have been to the docs more than once and they can never find anything wrong. All they ever say is its inflammation of the tissues prob caused from the weight training. The problem is I really dont want to stop training and I obviosly dont want to be in pain all the time either so what to do?. Painkillers do help abit but I dont want to keep taking them all the time. Any advice?. Thanks.
