I had Tony third at last years Olympia, If Victors on it will be close, Kai is real good, but i dont think fucking a grapefruit all over the internet will help his cause.

1st Freeman
2nd Kai
3rd Martinez, legs down in size similar to leverones late leg development, and not dry enough for the guys who place ahead of him.

Both Kai and Tony have really nailed their condition in their last shows something i still believe Victor is yet to do, especially of late, but if hes in the same condition as Tony and Kai and his legs havent dropped anysize he will win.

If Toney comes in like he did they Olympia, he will take it. Vic is a great bodybuilder, but I dont believe all the hype around him calling him the uncrowned Olympia etc. Toney's physique when in condition is near flawless, that pec injury is sooooo minor; at his height putting on that much size and conditioning he should be rewarded if he brings it, with the title.

I thought Phil was going to compete? I am really bummed, I figured Phil would take it, and Toney would be second. Only MD creates all this hype for Vic he is their top guy and thats why he places so high, his conditioning is never that dry. but IMO is not one of the 8 best currently active bodybuilders.

I think 1, 2 and 3 are really up for grabs. Not sure if Vic is 100% post knee surgery. Kai and Toney will do battle crazy. So this year..No predictions at all. Way too close with some solid names here.

Yes, Kai is a fantastic BB. Perhaps the only flaw is he is a little wide in the waist but that apart superb, and his conditioning is second to none

I don't find the fascination with Vic. That time he put the oil in his arms he looked so blocky. I have only seen 1 or 2 photos of him where he looked good enough to impress.

Toney Competed nine times last year and was very productive. You were incorrect on your selection even though you are sitting as close as I was.

You keep slating Toney as being inconsistent which is far from the Truth - Except for the Mr.O (07) when X was sick. His Conditioning and consistent placings have been incredible.

Stage competing is gaining experience. Knowing the Stage , the judges , the Crowd and your competition.

Victor has NEVER beaten Jay Cutler .. Yet X looks to all but Take him apart ..... So the Questions is - Victor recovering from surgery can out muscle , pose , and stage conditioning against two showman like Freeman and Kai ?

Points you fail to see:
1. Freeman - out posed and muscled Melvin Anthony at the O ( wasn't suppose to happen by the experts)
2. Victor - has not been worked on stage since 07 - How can you improve what you do not do ?
3. Freeman has Battled it out in 9 shows with four rounds and night shows - Improvement goes to Freeman !
4. Victors laid back stage presentations is not going to get it ....

There are your top four.
Really Ron I expect more from you ....

This is going to be a Great show - everyone will be ready and a New Champion will be Crowned

I think Toney needs a LOT more mass for height. He's too old now to get himself where he needs. IMO he needs a few years of mass building to become really impressive, and he'll be retired by then.
I was never that big a fan of Silvio. I guess the judges like that he's always conditioned, but his physique doesn't strike me as that special. I think it should be Victor then Kai, but of course Victor is still a question mark coming from the injury, and they say Kai put on too much fat.
