like they say a pic is worth 1000 words. i'm the only one offering visual proof unlike the pimply faced troll showstoppa. i incline press 125 lb dbs for sets of 12. bench press 275 for sets of 20, i have visual proof of that to so like i said put up or shut up.

Very true on the picture comment....you proved that there is no way you are 220 in that pic w/31 waist....you might wear 31 jeans because you hop up and down to get in them, but your measurement isn't 31....post up your vids if you want, doesn't matter to me.....big guy...

Funk 51 you look like you have a nice set of gyno titties their I would fix them up and hit the incline hard cause they are looking very soft and feminine....Im at about a 33-34 at 225 pounds straight up....

Thanks for the comments Showstoppa....the kid must be off and you should settle down a little funk and go do your 150 rows which is waaaay too much for you....the form must be like shit cause it shows on your soft ass mass body that looks exactly the way you have been training....try dropping the weight and doing it correctly to feel the muscle and get a pump and you might have some veins and muscle separation one day...continue with what your doing and you will only look worse down the road....

38" at the narrowest point over my navel. I could maybe lost 2" max if I dieted. I think my waist is actually quite slim, so I have trouble believing these other numbers in this thread.
