ok i got an idea
i dont fully like the taste of pure urine. but im thinking of adding a small part of grapejuice to it for added taste cause i would like it to be a little sweeter
i beleive this will also help with caloric reduction/fatloss and higher energy
im also planning to start on creatine again today aswell
Good idea, Johnny. I suppose you could put a little of anything in there with a good strong taste and it could help...I wonder what mixes well? (Lemon juice?) Some people just thin it with a little water. I guess you could try anything that is healthy and mixes well. Personally, I don't mind the taste. I think the best thing to do if it bothers you is just to drink it as quickly as you possibly can. Again, the more water you drink the less taste there will be because the larger portion of it will be excess water. Towards the end of the day mine is clear and tastes like no more than warm water.
[BTW, It is the darkest-colored, strongest-tasting fresh urine that will help you the most. That just means it is more dense with helpful ingredients. If you reach the point at which it is completely clear with no taste and you have to pee too often, you can just flush it; it may be nothing but excess water. At that point your body has all it needs. Proof? You'll be feeling GREAT. The deeper the color, the stonger the taste, the more you need it and the better for you it will be.]
Also, you're right on your conditioning ideas; the overall better bodily function that will result from this will effect your metabolism and it certainly will skyrocket your energy. Your creatine will be utilized better because instead of throwing away (flushing) the excess, your body will use it as soon as it can. That's how it works on this with any supplements.
This will contribute favorably and constructively to bodybuilding.
