Surpassed it how? size? NO condition? NO balance? NO face it even Ronnie in 03 and all these pre-contest pics pales in comparison to Dorian , that ONE pic alone is causing many meltdowns

you're claimed it's morphed , you lying saying two separate pics a year apart is from the same shoot lol you're all running around like chickens with your heads cut off in every thread bad mouthing everyone lol

Ronnie couldn't touch this in a million years but don't feel bad , no one else could either

Why would they photoshop such a minor detail, kinda stupid if they did.

Because the small changes like that can have a bigger effect on the pic.  On this one, the changes to his waist make the flaring out of his quads more pronounced.

Stage lighting vs a photo shoot that has dramatic side lighting showing off cuts and features.  Big difference as well.

Anyone not recognizing this shot of Yates as anything less than amazing is indeed a fool.

Ugly physique. Just as Arnold did in fact clearly allude to in the 90s, as "not being what BB's about".

That pose hides his imbalances nicely and covers up the lack of upper body detail somewhat.

not really. If we compare how both men look onstage, then Ronnie easily wins. This is backed up by quotes from the IFBB co-founder, bodybuilding experts, magazine writers, and professional bodybuilders. I really could care less which way you want to go b/c Ronnie still wins onstage and offstage. ;)
