In my opinion the best bodybuilding trophy is NAC Mr.Universe 2008 ,see www.nac-international.com
& judge 4 yourself.

Usually the bigger the trophy the less prestigious it is

Man when I first saw this trophy backstage I didn't even want to look at it. For real! It was just to sweet! When I won it man I was on cloud nine! I couldn't wait to rush home and put it on my mantle. Some say its so much work for a plastic trophy. Those usually are the people who never won one. Man I am still honored to have that trophy. When I think I am making no progress I look at it and I have to be honest I am proud of what I achieved. I am humble and honored to have it.........

I need to improve and get better and I am working hard to do just that. It was fun for a moment in time to feel like I did something important (important in my life.) I know it wasn't the Mr. O but it was a great win for me. Local show or whatever it felt good...... Would be cool if that was the National Championship Trophy though

Ya, I won that for winning the Overall at the Michigan Capital City in 2005. I don't have a pic of the sword I won in 2006 which is bigger and just as sweet. Hans V. out of Michigan is a national level competitor and really knows how to reward the athletes that take part in his shows. Plus, he is a really cool guy and a great bodybuilder. He also always has a top pro guest pose at his shows. Like Phil Health, Branch Warren etc.. If you ever think about competing in a show in Michigan I would suggest his shows. Plenty of food and water backstage and a fun after party too....

I have it hanging in my lil' office. I treasure it more and more everyday. I work a full time job and it gets kinda hard juggling everything but when I see that thing hanging on my wall I'm like OK I have one more show left in me, LOL... That is really one of my best leg shots. I like the pic but my upper body looks kinda weird in that pic, LOL.
I love training legs but when I think of good legs I think of these. This is my goal. That goal may never come but if I am 75% of these then I am in some good company. Big DT!!!! Now these are sick my friend...

NAC World Championship is another fine trophy "Hercules" , take a look in news section of NAC-International 4 a
German Championship trophy.
NAC don't give away plastic like others.
