and what if you don't have information to give? not that America would ever wrongly arrest anyone....
Why is one life less valuable than ten morally speaking? How do you stand for freedom, liberty and as a beacon of hope for oppressed people around the world when you condone torture?
Isn't 'due process', 'innocent till proven guilty' and a 'right to a fair trial' the core values we stand for?
Should we live in fear or liberty? Are our ideas and values worth dying for because the enemies are...just ask the Jihads.
If this is a war of ideas then perhaps we should occupy the moral high ground if we're going to win.
