i know not to many people will believe me but i used to train around some dudes in the big house that had backs similar to henry,some of these cats only did chins,all different type of chins.this one dude used to do 1000 chins every other day.im talking chest to the bar chins,not that crap u see guys doin today in the gym i work at,thier heads dont even go up to the bar.i do understand thats it hard to get up that high when you weigh over 250 or so,when i was 280 this summer i couldnt even get my chin past the bar,thank god i had a spotter help push my fat ass all the way up to contract my back.thanks for reading my post

After the tampa pro, i was onstage immed afterward, looking very shrimpish next to Dan and Bob and His Holiness Ron Avidan, preparing for my eventual ass-whoping, and Freeman and Henry were about 5 feet away getting their class checks and taking pics with the trophies for Ron.

Henry owned him by a mile.  Freeman is a top pro.  But henry looked 4-dimensional and excellent, and Freeman just looked 3-dimensional and excellent.  Up close, it was no contest.  DHnery didn't even look human.

but from the front there is no comparison... I can understand that back is a important bodypart i just dont understand why people can ignore all the rest just because a competitor has a better back than the other...
