watching ufc /mma aint gonna make a guy a tough or skilled fighter, you gotta get with a few guys that know the stuff,a good bjj academy/mma school would be a start.trust me,just because you see a guy execute a heel hook in a ufc match doesnt mean your gonna be able to do it.ill give an example, when i was younger i bought a heavy bag and speed bag and started hitting the bag the way the boxers punched in thier fights on tv,i thought i was doing great till i started training with real boxers,i realized i was doing everything wrong.some fighters do watch instructionals,i enjoy watching bjj/striking instructionals at home but the difference is ive been training for over 10 years in academies and know the proper way to execute the moves.if all guys had to do was watch fights no one would have to train anymore and guys like brock and randy could just sit on thier couches watching the ufc for afew hours and be awesome,it doesnt work that way and that guy in your gym is in for a rude awakening when someone who is alittle badass steps to his ass and beats him down
