Chicken breasts are a waste of time and money for me. I can't stand their fucking dryness, even in a sauce. I end up smothering them in so much fatty shit that it's less calorific to just buy thighs and legs.
You got to beat the shit out of it with a tenderizer mallet. The meat then tastes so much better and absorbs whatever you cook it in. Yesterday I baked chicken breasts in Low Fat Honey Mustard Dressing it tastes great. Low Fat Italian Dressing is great to as in alot of other low fat dressings.
bodybuilders probably eat more chicken in 1 month than most normal citizens do in a year. spices/seasoning flavors it up sometimes - but this white meat shit gets pretty old fast after you do it for a few years.i cant imagine how much ronnie/jay have eaten since they started working out.
Chicken sux. I don't eat much chicken. Seafood and lean red meat (eye of round, top sirloin) are my usual choices.
