No, I went to sleep and had a nice dream about deadlifting.

Today is Day 1.  I enter the dungeon (garage) in 2 hours and I will stay in there for 2 hours.  I told the wife to lock me in there, and not to let me out now matter how hard I knock on the door.  i've got it all figured out, except the urination issue...

Take a bucket with you. May want to grab a roll of toilet paper just in case.

today it was 3 hours locked in the garage.

I played bass and rewired the bass rig/stack.

Also lifted 1 hour for chest and 45 min for triceps.

It was a good day.  2009 shall be the year of the ox.
