both delts are too big but jay has tris to compliment his.....

you cant compare jay to ruhl

jay s success was all politics, without the "jay-factor" he wouldn t make a mr o top ten only once

he has nothing but bodyweight and one massive and defined quadrizeps

ruhl was not ass massive as coleman, and his ass and hams were in contest-shape not only one time, but together with ronnie he had one of the freakiest physiques ever
