If you sick to the burgers it isnt actually that bad for you - quarter pounders with cheese are tasty as f ck and have as much protein as fat. Its when you start adding the large fries, large sugar infested drinks and deserts it becomes totally unhealthy

Agree I stick just to the sandwiches at either McDonald's or BK and while its not get in shape food there is worse.

Sausage Mcmuffin with egg should be illeagle they taste so damn good! 2 of those muthers will have you full till lunch.

Hell yeah that steak bagel is the sh*t. I'm willing to drive an extra 8-10 miles to get away from a South Memphis McDs to get one that is not so salty and greasy. I got one down here and a glob of grease hit my clothes on the way to work and I had to go back to change shirts.

As for fries, McDs will always dominate the competition.
