BB is alive and well in singapore

i could have hooked you up with good place to train and some local contacts

singapore has produced some world class BB

azman abdullah won  a mr world and became pro but didnt do well as a pro- pulled out of NOC in mid 90's i think

fatholomein ali also competed in IFBB worlds multiple times , placed as high as 4th from memory

I work in Singapore frequently on vessels in the harbour.. and I do feel the heat and humidity wearing overalls and working in the sun.

yap, there is the Muscle and Fitness war 2009 in vivo city on 17 jan 2pm. Saw one of the competitors preparing in bukit gombak gym. He should be in the tertiary student division. he showed his abs to a friend..... looks ok for 1.5 weeks out i guess...

well i was always impressed by Ibrahim bin Sayhat

will let u know next time before i go to Singapore
