At least 90% are.
I base that on my personally tying to get involved in the NYS Young Republicans years ago. I left because the corruption is so bad, on both sides, that any decent person either leaves or becomes corrupt.
I would definitely like to hear more about how the political culture were.
From someone who's had experience of it.
