Milos has done really well for him considering that he killed several people in his countries civil war, came over on a boat that smuggled diamonds and coke, worked for his scheming cousin who ran a car service and then did favors for the russian mob.

as you can see, everything i know about eastern europeans I have learned from the grand theft auto games
