it seems to me that even with all the time and energy spent into this since so long you could have achieved a lot better.
Yeah, I know. I am really consistent for 5 days, then completely fall off for 3 days. Just have too many directions pulling me at once. Whenever I eat clean, I just lose weight so fast it's not funny. I hate being 160 pounds. I just hate it.
UH YEAH...RIGHT...All of that shit would have you in the bathroom all day long. And exactly when would you feel like working out? All of that eating would slow you down to a SLEEP STATE. Being bloated all day is no fun at all... Let us not even talk about the food bill for eating like this even for a short period of time...go to the kiddie park if you want to try and impress someone.
I'm not trying to impress anyone. It started with the holidays and i've just been a bit of a fatass lately. 4000 calories is 4 meals of 1000 calories. That's not too hard to do.
breakfast - saus/egg/chz mcgriddle, 550 calories.
2 hash browns 300 calories
sweet tea 150 calories.
That's 1000 right there, not even counting 2 apple pies

Lunch - big pile of pasta, 9 oz steak or chik on foreman grill, 3 cups cranberry juice, and 1/4 pie...
I think that's pretty close to 1000, right?
Shake + chex + M&Ms snack, maybe 500? 600?
Then I stay up til 1 or 2 AM, eating every 3 hours.
hitting 4000 isn't that hard to do.
