you're not fucked, get that through your head.  if you know someone's done something illegal and don't report it to the cops, you don't go to jail or get "questioned".  did bob sell him the drugs?  did bob inject it into him? i don't see any reasoning in you saying bob should be "questioned" cuz he knows of someone's drug use. 

we can all make a list of at least a dozen people who use "drugs" on here.  should all 5,000 of us be questioned then?
