Wrong and wrong.

First, he is producing steroids in an UG lab, not a pharmaceutical plant. Second, steroids ARE NOT OTC in spain. They have been, but now Spain is under european laws for many years. Third, as mentioned in the article, some of the roids weren't allowed in spain.

He was involved in the transport of anabolic to the United States.  That's where he screwed up.
