What kind of syringes are best for protein shakes?
I've allways had a shake immediately after a work out and then about 1 hour after that eaten a solid meal. I'm not going to change what works just because of these weird "studies" keep popping up.

lol, "1 hour post WO myth" -- who gives a shit? I have a shake regardless what, it's kind of a ritual. Thinking: "I don't believe in the myth, so i force myself to wait 6 hours after my WO!" or what are you expected to do now?
