Can anyone explain how did he go from a Negro (see the first pic) to a normal person (see the second pic). That is just wierd. Are all these pics really the same person?

I met Shaun he is a great guy, he trained very hard.He always had huge arms & round delts genetically.
My prayers go out to him and his family.I hope his body accepts the kidney, and he lives a long healthy happy life.I have a daughter and it breaks my heart to see his precious little girl ask Santa to please bring her dad a kidney.No kid should have to go through that, but that littles girl prayers and wishes came true.

I met Shaun in 2000 at the Olympia. He looks half of his former self but I am glad he has a second chance on life.

I met him here in Portugal in 2001. Back then he was already with health problems. Nevertheless he was eating only junk and drinking too much.
