WRONG - steroids are categorized as a Class C drug in the UK, which means that they are only legal WITH A PRESCRIPTION (which you won't get from any GP unless there's a very good reason). They are obviously illegal to sell or distribute.

I think I read it was legal to import in a book somewhere. I'll try and find out and get back to you tomorrow.
