Yes he is quite the cocky shit and i wouldn't mind slapping that smarmy look off his face. It might knock some sense into him. He always feels the need to give his 2 cents (shit up a thread) whether it is with politics or undermining someone else's hard work.

not to change the subject but if you got some serious years of training under your belt 315 shouldn't be considered heavy.natural or not.unless your a 150 lbs soaking wet.

I think it's a respectable weight for a natural lifter.

It is very respectable regardless of drugs or natural. Coach is just a smarmy little pissant who has been on "HRT" so long that he thinks 400mgs a week is natural.
