From what Chad Nicholls was sayiing, his metabolism is so ridiculously fast that timing his contest prep is a nightmare.

he gets lean reallllly quick, and then just starts burning away muscle.

LOL...exactly...and Flex was supposed to win in 98, and Jay was supposed to win in 01, and Gunter was supposed to beat Ronnie in 02, and Ronnie was supposed to win #9.......

when did ami add it's name, backing and money to the O? guys are getting slotted. vic, wolf, green, charles (06 CO Pro), and Tony (08 O) will FOREVER be slotted behind Phil. Phil isnt a mass monster. He's the conversion to the small/narrow bber Shawn Ray bit#hed about for yrs. BS call if Phil had won this yr. They didnt even bother updating the IFBB site to show Dex as MrO. If you hadnt seen the show...based on the site...you'd think Jay was still MrO

Phil was no joke, he looked great, has kept great lines while adding mass. I wanted Wolf to win but he was off. Phil could definately win it all.

If Martinez is able to bring his legs back all the way, and then some, AND he nails his conditioning, he will beat hard to beat. Heath already has those factors going for him. His problem will be dealing with the bigger and wider Martinez. Dennis could beat them both, only if he comes in with a bigger back and calves, without those he's in trouble. The wildcard, Toney Freeman could screw up most of their nights if he comes in and nails his conditioning. Should be a huge battle.

When Victor is ON, no one today can beat him. Heath doesn't have the width, Dennis does not have the condition or the "complete" look Vic does. Toney can only take it if he is ON and Vic is OFF.

That's the thing - Phil's got the youth and the physique package to enjoy a nice, long run at the top.

Everyone says he's a really heady guy, so he's got the potential to make a real career out of bodybuilding. I wish the young brotha the best and hope he keeps an eye on his money.
