Rehab Broken Fib (outside small bone inthe leg.

I would like some rehab tips for the recovery after a broken fib has grown back together. What was really weird as that they hospital and doc did not even cast the leg.... It took about 11 weeks to get the OK to resume activity like jogging etc.... I would like to know if there are certain exercises to perform to get the leg back to its full strength and more...

It's not really weight bearing and there probably aren't any exercises for it.
