I understand you.
But what i am saying that you cant get that further skills from studying and reading only. You must do some serious experiment with your body and other peoples body. Thats why I count on a trainer who look good or looked good before. Has never been in good shape before? No experience and nothing.
I have met soooooooooo many useless trainers and most of them were no good shape or havent been in good shape.
Having Both study and experience is the best. But Study only is useless in front of Experience only.
Totally agree, you have to try shit out to truely know how your body reacts.

I see all these personal trainers in gyms who have learnt off a course, i bet you they don't learn enough of how to change things when they stop working. Because anything will work for a while and that's how long a lot of trainee's last.
