Actually, I unfortunately have an update.  Dave told me that Steve fired both him and Romano.  While I have no love loss for Romano for the shit he's pulled for years, it is screwed up that Dave was fired as well as he actually contributed great content to the magazine.

I had assumed that they both would still have jobs but I was wrong.  Blechman is cleaning house apparantly and has wacked the entire Muscle Mob.

I could have told you this hours ago...vince wait til you hear Robbie Durand speak on MD he is a straight up queen!!! Trust me vince one word from him and you will ask yourself WTF!!!! Replacing Dave and John with a Queen and Oil Bags Wheeler???

there wasa post on md  that was erased     saying thay Dave and Romano  were starting their own thing.
it was warning Blecman . If thats true and Mr. Blecman got wind of it, then I don't blame him. Loyolty goes both ways. (if the post was right)

I liked Dave a lot. You can say what you want about the guy (felon etc bla bla bla). But the guy had a great THEORETICAL and PRACTICAL (with great stats backing it up) knowledge about bodybuilding, bodybuilders, history,contestpromotors, shows, nutrition, drugs etc.

I liked the guy by just listening to the radioshow's. When you've listened you would acknowledge his experience and knowledge around bodybuilding and the work he put into it.

It's a shame i know.

When you think about it further. The last show (maybe also the fore last show) he made it very clear that promoting his supplement line (Species) wasn't "ok" anymore. So maybe Bleckman has put a stop to this reference.

Maybe Dave/Species/Dave's opinion/contest prep has become to big for MD. So Steve "had to pull the plug".

We don't know.

I think we DO know is that Steve is become very personal with his discussion's/disagree mans about o.a.  nutrition (low v.s. high carb) and so on....You just have to take a look at the MD forum and the high/lowcarb topics. The lowest of the lowest was the topic (opened by Bleckman) that stated that lowcarb dieets would kill people. I Mean come-on man!!!

What do you think about Bleckman than? The correlation about Dave and Species? The diversity of stance about the low/high carb issue? Species and so on?

But, regardless of what we thought we Dave and John, I do not want people shitting nor gloating on this.  Bottom line, we spared, we hyped up things, and they, due to unfortunately situations, are not there.
