misleading picture because my heads circumference is probably around 5 inches larger than the average adult male at my height..

how many inches is your head round the widest part then?
The average is 22"

How do you measure? Putting your shoulder forward a bit flexing or just relax?

I have a big neck, but i'm also fat for me right now. My dress shirts have 18.5 necks, if i dieted down i'd be 17-17.5 i bet.

i just wrapped the measuring tape arond my forehead, then around my neck.
