Well, mine doesn't have any BCAA's or Gatoraide in it.

OK seriously though, even though the Gatoraide has some electrolytes in it, it is mainly sugar. Mine has 4 grams of carbs in the form of Maltodextrin mainly as a carrier for the other nutrients. The magic powder helps give you an incredible pump and has some other factors in there to increase test levels. There are no pro hormones in it though. I chose not to put any in there since some guys may not want to use it due to the fact that they already may be using something similar.

The pump with be immediate as in the first workout. The growth effect will obviously take longer.

Will the type of training effect the muscle growth? For example high volume v. low volume? Also how will your diet effect the gains, do you need excess calories? Thanks

No excess cals needed and as long as you are training with a decent routine then that is fine.

well i wouldnt call what jim is doing promoting.

he's had tons of questions on this board about his powder, and u can see by the interest in this thread that people are interested in buying his powder so there is no problem in my book.

and its not like he is even gearing his product towards getbiggers ( since most on here dont even lift weights ).

Keep in mind I will be dieting when I try this so it's safe to say that I won't gain weight with it.

Good question. The pros are never going to use this so I am gearing (no pun intended) it toward the average natural. If someone where to be on juice then it can also be used for the pump and recovery benefits. King loved this product especially cause he still could get wicked pumps after being clean for so long. He also felt that it helped him to hold on to "some" of his size that he normally lost right after a show.
