Going from competing as a bantam weight  to competing what is considered super heavy (235-240) and beating the biggest monsters in the game is being a genetic freak.  Putting on that much solid mass in the past 15+ years of competing is freakish to me bro.  Very few start out as s super heavy thats the point of body BUILDING, building yourself up and making progress.  Genetics have a huge part to play.  I prefer the mass monsters, but Dex has put alot of mass on his frame, gotta respect the hard work and dedication.
