Dohertys in Melbourne is easily the best in Australia, at least as far as this thread criteria goes

Nah, we started off with leg extensions, three main sets working up to 220lbs to failure.

Then leg press, 3 sets, with 8, 9 and then 10 plates a side.

Then hack squats (which I hate because I prefer regualr squats and don't do them often), 3 sets working up to 450lbs (Leroy did 495)

Lying extensions for hams, 3 sets (using the stack but unsure of how much weight)

Standing leg curls 2 sets (same as above)

Seated calf raises working up to 185lbs

Standing calf raises, 3 sets working up to 800lbs (Leroy did 900lbs)

It's amazing how much muscles can hurt when you do exercises properly with strict form - my legs are still hurting now.

That standing calf machine is amazing. I also love how good all the machines for back are.
