After retiring the first time from competition, what many do not know is that when Chris decided to do the Masters O that year, he only had 10 months to start training again before the show.  That is not saying that he had 10 months to start doing his contest prep and such, but it was only 10 months to walk back into the gym after a long period of not lifting at all and dabbling with some large amounts of rec drugs.

Also, he was following a new age type diet where he was only eating according to his blood type "composition".  Which when he explained it to me made no sense whatsoever.  Apparently if your blood type is A, you have to eat differently than someone who is type B, etc..

Huh?  Wasn't Rusty cultivating his alter ego long before Bull Stanton came into being?

I agree. and what about all the other Colt models from the 70s and 80s?

Mike Torchia/Casey Moran
Sam Pasco/Big Max
Gary Goss/Helmut Kross
Billy Washington/Ward Austin
Peter Andreas/Ed Rhinehard
Markus Rheinhardt/Mike Studwell
Tom Austin/Bo Dixon

Some actually used their real names.

Chris Dickerson
Jim Morris
Bob Birdsong

regarding hard core porn, Bruce Patterson was doing it long before Chris Duffy

The point that I was trying to make was that while the men that you mentioned all did colt and the like, they did not come out and talk about it in magazine interviews as Rusty has. Mike point being is that after Chris openly came out about his full on gay porn career, it seemed as though the rest of the people like Rusty and especially the female BB nudies , started to be open about their exploits with solo porn.

And as for Bruce patterson doing porn films before Duffy, you are wrong. Duffy had been doing porn for well over a year before Bruce came out to LA and did his fireman movies. Chris was the trendsetter.

hahahahaha, look who it is the king of the bullshitters, ever gonna post a clip of your 465 for 5 bench press, Noel? :D
and the proof will be forthcoming............. ..?

Epic hypocrisy from the fat trailerman. Why don't you post up a video of your claimed 560lb squat for 5/6 reps ?? You spend all day demanding clips, photos and vids from other men but never think to actually put up any of your own,  fucking fraudfather ::)

Quaker, here is an intersting fact. In the above pics of the Masters Olympia, it was a known fact that Chris had fucked up his acl in his one knee. He admitted that he hadnt been able to train his quads for 7 weeks prior to that show. And I believe him because in the years before he decided to compete for his pro card in the early 90's, Chris had stopped training altogether and when you would see him at Golds, you would always be blown away by the size and shape of Chris legs. And ths was without any training. Chris also admitted in interviews after his Nationals win, that he only did leg extensions to train his quads for the Nationals, because his Quads were getting too big. So if this is all true, then those are some freaky fucking legs for 7 weeks of not training them.

Supposedly when he won his procard his leg routine consisted of 10sets of squats for 10 reps twice a week, & say what you want but personally I think for a big man he has a great physique. Friend of mine who knows him says he was a strong mofo in the gym.

Chris definitely was one hell of a strong man in the gym. he trained hard, heavy and basic. Lots of Barbell and DBmovements. Didnt use many machines.

This might sound racist but Chris always said that if you were not black then you had to work twice as hard to become a top pro.  That is why he always trained so hard.

"You see, it wasn't my ancestors that got chosen based on physical attributes.  It wasn't my ancestors that were stuck rowing a boat across the ocean where the weak ones broke down, died and were weeded out.  It wasn't my ancestors that had their mates hand picked and were specifically bred for surviving manual labor in the fields.  I bust my ass now to make up for my ancestors laziness."

i remember that quote, it was from a back training article in Flex years ago, he was s aying how Whites had to deadlift to attain the natural back thickness of black guys, claimed blacks and italians had far more natural testosterone than whites.

I'd never heard that about italians, interesting.

I do agree with him about having to work harder than blacks though. Look at how many half-assed training top level black guys there are... it comes easier to them no doubt.
