mine are 18.5" and much bigger than mine.

could be if he is tall. Other than arms he is not insanly big...ie 295lbs with 21's. Looks like 240 with 21's

His stats say 6'3. So I think that is possible. And actually at 6'3, I'd think he'd be able to obtain that. Now is he was 5'7-5'10, then there is question. And actually, I'm kinda fired up now.

Forget about how tall he is, just compare his arms with his head. The circumference of the average mans head is 21". Do his arms look as big around as his head? Not even close. 18" tops.

You shouldn't be so harsh towards the beginners, hahaha, but in one messageboard there was a discussion about how big can your arms get naturally, and one dude with 16" arms said that he totally believes you can get 20" arms naturally, since he has 16" arms with a few years of training.

Exactly. And your arms would look considerably smaller than your head by comparison. His head is probably closer to the average size and his biceps are probably 2-3" smaller in circumference. There are only a small handful of bodybuilders who have arms that are as big around as their head. Paul Dillet is one of them.
