Scott Stapp tried a couple different drugs a few times in his life and his jesus freak dad kicked him out of the house for it...Stapp went around telling everyone that he was basically a drug addict(which was a total lie) the guy would drop like 2 rolls tops at a party and tell everyone he had eaten a dozen all day...He would also pose everytime he walked by a mirror...

After many people that knew Stapp realized he was a total phony, he started hitting the only thing that wouldn't make "crazy" which was the booze...Stapp had epic 15 inch arms but would go around telling people that his arms were about the size of Arnold's

I myself like some of Creeds music but watching an Ego unfold like Stapp's must have been something to watch...

man i always thought creed sucked!
its a shame too because mark tremoti(whatever the guitarist name was), had a great guitar sound and was/is a good player.
what was the other band alter bridge or something, they sucked too.

but this band i believed release calculating infinity in 1999!


on a side note i once saw full blown at a bar that is now called the cancun cantinia, but i didn't even know who kevin was at the time.

Now Creed was the ship version of Pearl Jam...

Soundgarden and Nirvana shat all over this stuff back than.  The Early 90's for me was all about Godflesh.  Awesome band.

Agree they were a good band mate but imo My own prison , there first album was the best and the next 2 had some good singles off of it.

The post creed band Altarbridge had a couple of good singles but didnt have the magic like they had when Scottt Stapp were there front man..

I didnt realise they were a christian band until i went to a concert and they had christiand handing out propaganda , fukin ruined the show lol still great rock band,Iv just slipped there greatest hits cd into the pc and they indeed had some great music.  :)
