Coach spamming is not that bad imo. He is not trying to rip off Getbiggers like Disgusted is. I am not for any type of spamming, but at least he is not trying to make a profit off of Rons site.

Believe it or not, there are quite a few athletes on here and some on the training board are asking questions either about training or injury for their particular sport, so why not give them an option?

I would but it wouldn't be fair to the owner of gb because I would have
advertising. not really sure. I enjoy sharing information and would love
to compete again and journal it but I'm fighting health issues and not sure where
exactly I'm headed.
