Koloseum gym or Metroflex?

anybdoy training at those gyms? are they big? how about membresy? Does milos help people at his gym for free?

Define "big", lot's of members, yes, too many for my liking. Well, Milos will give some advice if you can catch him, he's a busy dude.

What happened to Garreth?  It seemed like he and his boy hood hero Mustafa Mohammad both went there to be trained by Milos only to never be seen or heard from again.

Chaos is full of shit... I train perodicaly at Koloseuem, and while its a great gym, and you will see a lot of pros go thru there, (more so when Flex Magazine was doing photoshoots there, but you can still catch pros there visiting once in a while,) the place is a ghost town half the time. This is one of the reasons I like training there....never crowded, and a cool ambeience.

Milos is friendly, but he is very busy.....Milimar is always happy to flirt with you and give you tasty looks.... not sure if that is a good or bad thing...lol...
