lol i didn't know you could accurately estimate the difference in size on someones arm by looking at a picture

. 2" to 3"?? well for u i just measured my arms and there's less then half an inch difference between both of my arms if that! which is normal. And yes those are stretch marks on my lats, thats what happens when you grow in the offseason.

I think welterweights are 155-165 if I remember well !

my friend Yannick won it 2 years ago, he was 210 off-season and sucked down to the welters and he looked incredible
