when i recieved my gear, one was little froze, can it ruin the gear when it partoly freezes?? 3/4 was still liquid

Should be ok.  Just let it warm up to room temperature slowly.  If it looks good, not cloudy, no clumps etc. it should be fine.

freezing doesnt kill hormones unless they have a fragile structure
