First I wear my 80's vintage clown workout pants with white otomix high tops.  I wear the lastest tap out shirt with a nice doo rag on my head. I complete the look with nice shades on with my pink ipod shuffle on my sleeve.  I then pick up the heaviest dumbbells on the rack for incline benches.  It takes two guys to hand those suckers to me.  I then announce in a loud voice, "watch this range of motion baby!"  Then I proceed to do half reps screaming and grunting with every rep.  When I'm sure everyone is completely impressed, I throw the dumbbells and with a crash yelling,  "you gotta want it baby!"   That's what I'm talking about.  (no, I really don't throw dumbbells like a real man)

I threw the dumbells once, they went through the roof and landed on a car in the parking lot. :-[
