Holy Shit!!!!!
Look at the separation in his right quad, in the above photo! :o :o :o
That was on the day before the 2007 Montreal Pro (my IFBB Pro debut).

Here is one more pics from that day...

And then two pics from one year later...on the day before the 2008 Tampa Pro and at the prejudging with David Henry (winner).

do you train legs extra hard or you just need a couple of sets for them to grow fast?

Hi Steve,
I have a more serious question about your health and because other pros wont ever discuss this, can you tell us your blood pressure offseason vs content as well as your blood levels?

Thanks,

Bec

I built my legs with hardcore basic exercises but since then in the off-season I just do a little bit this and a little bit that with high reps. And during pre-contest I do supersets, trisets, giant sets and a lots of cardio.

So I don't do any too heavy for legs anymore. My challange is to bring up my upper body even more.

I don't think too many people could ever get too close to Platz in size/separation/detail...
..but that first photo in the above post is about as close as any!

Steve Mr IFBB Pro how is the Job hunting going isn't it a shame that being a IFBB Pro means you need to work 4 jobs just to pay for all your Drug use.Why not take up a real job that pays???

Very nice build, have potential to place top in pro shows, in another 3 years or so. I wish you would get out of bodybuilding while you're still young with your life ahead of you, but you seem committed and that's commendable. Too bad you don't use that focus on a real career.

anyway, good luck with your endeavors. I hope you're one of those 10 bodybuilders than can actually make a decent living from this sport.

a real career ?

The guy is a top pro bodybuilder ... how is a professional athlete not a "real" career ?

Well, give me a good role with good wage in Hollywood and then I'll quit bodybuilding and will be happy to go down from 235 to 190 and start a movie career.

Isn't he the guy who needs to work 3 jobs to fund his 'career'? I might be wrong.

he is in Hungary ...different living standard ... if you move right now to hungary I doubt you could pull over 500 $ a month with your background .I'm not being condescending ....he is making a few thousand euros a month ....that's like 6 figures in US

steve you look outstanding  8)

like you said in the video, simply bring up your upper body a little and you will be unstopable.

henry had you a little on conditioning in that last comp, so perhaps you could add a week or 2 to your diet to really push him in the 202.

regarding your holywood dream, you'll never be a brad pitt or arnold, but if you get a good agent and go for russian/albanian/eastern european bodyguard/ mafia parts i think you'll be very successful.

good luck.

In Hungary if you make $600 a month then you have a very good job... Here most of the people never see $600 in one piece.  :-\
