I had 70lbs of fat on me. I actually took my measurements last week. I'm only off 1/2 an inch on my arms and 1" on my thighs. I was surprised. Strength isn't down near the amount I thought it would be.

Seriously though, I'm natural. You really think I had 40lbs of muscle to lose?

No really I'm not anything special. You would probably be bigger than me if you lost the fat I'll admit that. But then again I'm not the one spending the last 3 years with 40 posts a day acting like a beast.
